Our building and facilities
We have a selection of rooms available to hire for regular activities, meetings and one-off events. For full information on our facilities and to find out about availability, please contact the church office.
The large hall is ideal for group activities. It has easy access, wooden flooring and excellent kitchen facilities. Our hall has been used for: playgroup, circus club, health & fitness classes, arts rehearsals, workshops and conference days. (For a no-frills, low budget alternative, ask about our gym!)
HLBC has two meeting rooms, the larger Green Room and the smaller Lounge. The Green Room has kitchen facilities and a projection screen, and is great for longer sessions or in use with the main church. The lounge is perfect for smaller groups and drop-ins, and has easy access from the street. Our meeting rooms are used for things like: local interest groups, AGMs, prayer meetings, counselling sessions and small rehearsals.
The main church building can be hired for certain events, and priority is given to worship gatherings. It has also been used for: other church organisations, concerts, performances, film showings, conference events and talks.
