Arty Friday welcomes a special guest feltmaker back for more fun with wool! Experience the beautiful side of recycling textiles as we learn about felt and how to use it to make lovely pictures.
The activity is fun and easy to do – as long as you don’t mind getting your hands wet – and is suitable for adults and children alike, including young children (though they will need an adult nearby). Felting is ideal for anyone interested in textiles or wool crafts.
As ever – if you prefer, come and sit down with a drink, relax in the corner and get on with your own art or craft project.
We will be in the church Hall for this one, from 7pm. Use the side entrance.
About Arty Friday
Everyone is welcome at Arty Friday – the activities we run are suitable for kids to get stuck into, as well as for grown-ups to relax over. Adults and children of all ages are welcome, but young children must be accompanied by an adult.
Drink and biscuits provided. Arty Fridays are free – if you can manage a £1 donation on the night it is gladly received and will go towards room hire and refreshments cost.
